From a costing point of view we operate a very simple model.

Group Sessions

Consultants are charges out @ between £425 and £500 + VAT per day depending upon the scale of the assignment.  Included are their travel costs to the location where the support is to be delivered.

Support Materials / ‘Expertise Charge’ - Each person going through our group seminars is provided with comprehensive support materials. Within this charge we include a set up / expertise charge to cover seminar content / origination, and ‘tailoring’ of the materials to specific client needs £22 + VAT per person.

CV Production / Writing is charged @ £25 + VAT per CV.

Venue Costs - charged ‘at cost’ if the client is unable to accommodate delivery.

Telephone Support (for 6 months) @ £100 + VAT per person.

Example of pricing - how we build up a cost model for 150 staff. The average cost per individual equates to £109 + VAT (in this example).

Please also see our One Day Intensive Support that equates to £78 + VAT per person (assuming full occupancy).
