The redundancy process for a Human Resources Professional can be a ‘minefield’ and very confusing. TUPE even more confusing! 

Both have legal requirements attached and may involve Trade Union negotiations.

Solicitors may be required as part of the exercise, however Solicitors will only provide ‘Legal’ advice, and tend not to follow through to the execution. These professions take over where the Solicitors finish.
