1-2-1 Individual Support Sessions

There are two levels of package we offer for individuals:

    Comprehensive Support @ £1,595 + VAT which covers all the areas an individual may require such as advice on their CV, where to look for a new job, self marketing, interview practice and guidance, and also includes a Thomas PPA Psychometric Personality Profile.

    Intensive Support @ £3,995 + VAT which is ideal for inclusion within Compromise Agreements and for those individuals requiring more ‘emotional’ support, intensive guidance, and motivation input.

    The Intensive Support package includes a greater number of face-to-face sessions, in-depth support with regards handling Assessment Centres, Psychometric Testing, along with 9 months telephone support. In addition access to a ‘state of the art’ jobseekers online application management package as part of this support.  

Both packages include:

  • Advice on an individuals CV / Support in producing a CV
  • Guidance on where to look for a new job including:
    • Job Agencies / Search Consultancies
    • Speculative Applications
    • Networking
    • Press and Trade Magazines
    • On-line CV databases / Job Sites
  • Interview Guidance and Practice
  • A Thomas PPA Profile so the individual can understand how they are reflected D.I.S.C profiles and prepare for questions relating to such testing
  • Advice on Aptitude Tests and the concept behind assessment Centres
  • Telephone Support
  • Techniques to help the individual identify potential areas of questioning prior to interview
  • Self Employment including setting up Limited Companies, VAT registration and general support
  • Retraining

    • Bespoke Packages - Including ‘intensive’ Career Guidance can also be provided upon request.

Delivery of 1-2-1 Support Packages will be local to the individual. The charges are comprehensive and include materials, venue and all travel costs (we may incur). Candidates’ own expenses will be charged back at cost.
